The Challenge
Brand Image : Top fast-food brand in Korea.
Product: Hamberger ( 60% of the market )
Target market: 15 – 25 years old, family, kids.
Number of Stores: 200 + stores (based on 2015 database)
Brand Philosophy:
1. Best Product.
2. Competitive Price.
3. Good quality & best Service
The competitors : KFC (60% fast-food market), McDonald’s, Burger King.
When they approached Bratus, their existing brand lacked storytelling around their product.
The website’s interface has not reflected the Lotteria brand value.
The website layout is poor and lack of a deep investment in using typography and well retouching images.
The website isn’t user-friendly because of the confusing user-interface.
Product’s images haven’t met the requirement because of the two main reasons:
– Photography: The images haven’t fully show how tasty the products are.
– Retouch: The images are not well retouched.

Bratus has faced with the challenge which created and built a story behind and website experiences. Those things were captured the brand value, simplified a website structure, built trust of target audiences and give robust life to the overall visual experiences.
